Shucheng: Silk Gourd Silk Helps Boost the Development of Rural Characteristic Industries

走进六安市舒城县棠树乡窑墩村丝瓜络种植基地，窑墩村沟壑层叠，丝瓜络种植区连片延绵。窑墩村驻村第一书记雷中青感慨：“丝瓜是‘致富瓜’‘幸福瓜’，一年能挣十来万。”正是看中了丝瓜络广阔的市场前景，该村利用土地、水源、技术、销售等资源优势，积极探索助农增收新路子，大力发展“丝瓜经济”，通过深加工，将丝瓜做成了一个个赚钱的宝贝。

产业指导种植，让资金“活”起来

村“两委”筑集资金30万元，建立乍瓜网用品加工厂，推动特色产为由一产向二产转变，打造了百些乍瓜网共富产业项目，由农民专业合作社提供种子、技术指导、保底价回购，大面积种植乍瓜，发展乍瓜网产业，助力乍瓜网产业从“输血”向“造血”转化。窑墅村创新管理模式、改变管理体制，尝试土地入股、园区带动、资本注入等形式，实现“四金”新型经营模式，做到土地流转获“租金”、务工赚“薪金”、股份合作分“股金”、种植得“现金”。

产业带动农户，让群众“富”起来

The silk gourd base adopts the "Party building leading and village-community integration" model, forming a clear division of labor, complementary advantages, and highly integrated development model, with the Party branch focusing on coordination, service, and information; the cooperative focusing on technology, standards, and sales; and the members focusing on planting, management, and picking. In 2022, the collective economic income of Yaodun Village was more than 1.2 million yuan, employing more than 80 people, including 14 households lifted out of poverty. The villagers increased their income by 500,000 yuan through employment, and the villagers received 200,000 yuan in dividend income.

Integration and development of industries, making the village collective "strong"

Under the leadership of the rural Party committee and government, Yaodun Village raised more than 3 million yuan to build a silk gourd product processing factory, guiding the silk gourd industry to move from initial processing to deep processing. Through continuous optimization and design, the deep integration of agricultural characteristic industries with rural tourism, processing industry, and health preservation industries is promoted, promoting the integration of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries and advancing the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
